My Windows® 10 computer can’t sign in or sign government documents while using the Belkin F1DN008Uīelkin International, Inc., including all affiliates and subsidiaries (“Belkin”, “us” or “we”) thanks you for choosing one of our Belkin, Belkin or WeMo products (the “Product”). The IT department would be the best source of help on government-issued computers (with built-in access credentials) and personal computer use. The IT department is usually available while on-base, and we understand there may be no IT support while working from home. Some customers are using their personal computers instead of the government-issued computers. In addition, we suggest you contact your IT department if possible. Solution: The Belkin F1DN008U is plug and play ready and has been tested and confirmed to work in Catalina (10.15.3 and 10.15.4).

This indicates the correct plug and play drivers are installed and are working correctly.
The light of the Belkin F1DN008 lights up red when it is inserted into the computer and lights up blue when a CAC is inserted. Scenario: When the Common Access Card (CAC) is inserted into the Belkin CAC Reader, F1DN008U, my macOS® computer cannot sign in to government portals or sign online documents.
